Pure Hrc Services is our small operation based in Pune. You can find us at Hermes Heritage, specifically in Phase-II, unit H1/22. This area of Pune is quite nice because it has a bit of a residential feel while still being close to the action. We handle human resources, which basically means we spend all day talking to people about their careers. It’s the kind of job that requires a lot of listening. Our office isn't a big, cold glass box. It’s a comfortable space where people can come in and feel at ease. We have a few desks and some chairs for visitors, and that’s about it. There isn't any fancy art on the walls or expensive carpets. We are more focused on the conversations we have. Being in Hermes Heritage, we have a little bit of peace away from the main road traffic. We know the local shops and the places to get a quick lunch. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't use any complicated systems or corporate jargon. We just try to match the right person with the right job. Every day brings someone new through the door, and we like that variety. It’s a simple, honest business and we are happy to be part of the community here in Pune. We just do our work and try to be helpful to everyone we meet.
