Pure Hrc Services

Pure Hrc Services is located in Viman Nagar, which is one of the more active parts of Pune these days. We are in the Lunkad Goldcoast building, specifically in unit Z1-602. Viman Nagar has a lot of energy, and being in the 411014 zip code means we are close to the airport and a lot of the big malls. Our office is a straightforward space where we handle HR services. We don’t have a big lobby or a receptionist in a suit. It’s usually just us in the office, dealing with paperwork and phone calls. The building is nice, but we keep our particular unit very simple. We have a few files, some laptops, and a place to sit and have coffee. The work involves a lot of talking to people and trying to sort out hiring or employee issues. It can be a bit repetitive, but it’s what we do. We’ve been in Viman Nagar for a bit now and we’ve seen it grow. The traffic outside Lunkad Goldcoast can be a bit of a mess in the evenings, but that’s just part of working in this area. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We’re just a small team of people working in HR and making sure the jobs get filled and the people are taken care of. Most days we are just buried in emails and phone interviews from morning until we lock up.
