Pure Hrc Services is located at 6, Prathmesh Apartment’S, No. 157/12, right on D.P. Road in Pune. We are pretty easy to find since we are quite close to Parmar Hospital, which everyone in this part of town knows. The office is actually inside an apartment building, so it has a very lived-in, informal feel to it. It’s not like those big glass buildings you see in the IT parks. We have a small sign out front, but otherwise, it just looks like any other home in the block. We handle a lot of HR work from here, which mostly means a lot of talking to people about their careers and looking over their documents. It gets pretty busy on D.P. Road, and sometimes the noise of the traffic filters into the office, but we don't mind it too much. Being in Maharashtra 411007 means we are in a good spot for people coming from different parts of the city. We have a few desks set up in what used to be a living room, and that’s where all the magic happens, if you can call it that. It’s mostly just us working through spreadsheets and making sure we don't miss any calls. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs, which is good exercise I suppose. We just take things as they come and try to do a decent job for the people who seek us out every day for advice.
