Pure Hrc Services

Our office is at Flat 5 in the Samundrika Apartments. It’s right by the Kothrud Depot in Pune. Being near the depot is actually quite handy for transport. Pure Hrc Services has been in this flat for a while. It’s a bit different working out of an apartment building rather than a commercial complex, but we like the feel of it. It feels more like a home office. We have our setup in the rooms, and it’s a fairly quiet place to work most of the time. Kothrud is a nice part of Pune, and being near the depot means there is always a lot of movement outside. We can hear the buses sometimes, but it’s just background noise now. Maharashtra 411038 is our home base. We don't have a big HR "mission statement" printed on the wall. We just sit at our computers and handle the work that comes in. We make our own tea in the little kitchen and sometimes share some snacks we brought from home. It’s a very low-key environment. We don't try to look more important than we are. We are just a group of people at Samundrika Apartments doing our jobs as best as we can. It’s a simple life and a simple office. There is something nice about working from a flat, it keeps things from feeling too stiff or formal. We just get on with it. Sometimes we even work on Saturdays if there is a lot to catch up on.
