We've been over here in Shivaji Nagar for a good while now. The office is at 101 102 in Model Colony. It's a busy spot but we like it. Building things is just what we do every day. Mostly, we deal with the paperwork and planning right from this desk. People come in and out, asking about construction or where we are working next. Sometimes it's quiet, other times the phone won't stop ringing. We just keep at it. Most of the guys know the area well. It's an old part of town, lots of history in these streets. We try to keep things simple. If there's a problem, we fix it. No fancy words needed. Just bricks and mortar and getting the job done. Often, we are out on sites more than we are in the office. It's dusty work but someone has to do it. We have a small team here. We know each other's names and how we take our tea. Shivaji Nagar has changed a lot over the years. More traffic now. But the way we build hasn't changed much. It's about making sure the walls are straight and the roof doesn't leak. If you walk past Model Colony, you'll see the sign. It’s nothing special, just a place where we work. We don't spend much on decorations. The desks are a bit old, but they hold the blueprints fine. That's all that matters to us at the end of the day.
