Purandare Classes

Narayan Peth is always packed with people, especially near Patrya Maruti Chowk. We are located in the Nandalal Society at Survey No 418. You have to come up to the first floor to find us. Kheliya Shop is right there, and the Umbarya Ganpati temple is nearby too, so there’s always a bit of a spiritual and busy energy in the air. The society building is a typical Pune structure. It’s not a modern glass tower. The rooms at Purandare Classes are filled with benches and the walls have some old charts on them. It can get a bit cramped when a big group comes in, but we make it work. We don’t use a lot of fancy words to describe ourselves. We are just a local coaching class in the heart of the city. The sounds of the market and the bells from the temple sometimes drift in through the windows. It’s a very "Pune" experience. We spend our days grading papers, talking to parents, and helping students with their doubts. There’s no big mission statement on the wall. We just show up, open the doors, and start the day. It’s a bit dusty sometimes because of the construction nearby, but it’s our space and we’ve been here long enough that the creaks in the floor feel familiar. Just a regular place in Narayan Peth where we work through the subjects one by one.
