So, this version of Pune Institute Of Business Management is based out of Row House 9 in Edenn Garden. It’s in Wakad, Maharashtra. It’s a bit different because it’s a row house setup rather than a big campus building. We’ve been in this spot in Wakad for a while. Being in Edenn Garden makes it feel a bit more like a neighborhood than a cold office block. We do a lot of our work from here, mostly handling the business management side of things. There’s always someone coming in with a question or some forms to sign. Pune is a big place, but Wakad has its own feel to it. It’s busy but manageable. We have our desks set up and the phones keep ringing most of the morning. It’s not a huge space, but it fits what we need to do. People sometimes get confused finding Row House 9, but once they see the sign, they know they’re in the right place. We aren't trying to be the biggest place on the block, just trying to get the work done right. Most of us have been working here together for a long time. It feels like a small family business even though the name sounds quite formal. We just keep the files organized and help the students who drop by. It’s a steady pace here in Wakad, and we just try to keep things organized for everyone involved.
