You can find Pulsetila Health Clinic over in Sector No 25, Nigdi Pradhikaran. Specifically, we are at Sindhu Nagar 270 B, in a building called Hira Niwas. It’s a residential-feeling area in Akurdi, Pimpri Chinchwad. The clinic isn't huge. It’s a quiet place where people come when they aren't feeling their best. We have a small waiting area with a few chairs and some old magazines. It’s nothing fancy, just a clean space. I spend a lot of time here talking to patients and keeping records. The neighborhood is mostly families, so we see a lot of familiar faces from around the block. Being in Pune, the weather changes a lot, and that usually brings in more people with coughs or colds. Hira Niwas is an easy building to spot once you get into Sindhu Nagar. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. People mostly find us because they live nearby or someone told them about us. It gets busy in the evenings after people get off work. I usually try to keep things organized, but sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desk. It’s a humble clinic. We focus on listening to what’s wrong and trying to help out. There’s no big hospital vibe here. It’s more like a local spot where you know the person behind the desk. We keep the doors open and do our part for the community.
