Proton Solutions

Proton Solutions is based in Sant Tukaram Nagar 1, which is in the Parvati area. It’s a residential-feeling spot, so it’s relatively quiet compared to the main city center. We operate out of a small space here. There’s not much fancy furniture, just what we need to get through the day. We’ve been in Parvati for a while, and it feels like home to us. Most of our day is spent looking at code or talking about technical problems. We aren't the type to wear suits or have formal meetings every hour. We just show up, do what needs doing, and go home. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep the noise down. Sometimes we have people coming in with questions, and we just talk to them like regular folks. It isn't a high-tech lab or anything, just a few rooms with computers and some cables running across the floor. We like being in Sant Tukaram Nagar because it’s easy to get around from here. We don't have a marketing department or a sales team. It’s just us handling things as they come. The office gets a lot of natural light in the morning, which is nice. We just keep things simple and stay busy with the work we have. It’s a modest way to run a business, but it works for us. We have a small kitchen area where we make coffee, which is used quite a bit. It is just a regular group of people doing tech work in a quiet neighborhood.
