Property Solutions I Pvt Ltd is the name we use for our business. We are over at Shridhar Smruti, which is number 66 in Ashok Nagar. It’s right on Ganesh Khind Road in Pune. If you live in Pune, you know how busy that road gets, especially during the rush hour. We have been in this building for quite some time now. We aren't a big corporate firm with hundreds of employees. It is just a small team of us working on property deals. We help people find flats and offices in the 411007 area and around. Most of our day is spent either on the phone or out meeting people to show them a place. We don't use any of that slick marketing language. We just talk to you like a neighbor would. We've seen how much the prices have gone up in Ashok Nagar, and we try to give people a realistic idea of what they can afford. Our office is a comfortable enough place to sit and go over contracts. We try to make sure everything is in order so there are no surprises later on. It’s a lot of small details to keep track of, but that’s the job. We enjoy being part of the local scene here on Ganesh Khind Road. It’s just us doing our daily work in real estate. Some days it's hectic, but it keeps life interesting.
