Prompt Personnel Consultancy

Prompt Personnel Consultancy is based out on Kouth Road in Pune. It’s a busy street and there is always something going on outside our door. We’ve been doing this for a while, mostly helping people with jobs and personnel stuff. It isn’t always easy but we enjoy the challenge. The office isn't anything special to look at. Just some desks, chairs, and a lot of filing cabinets. We aren't really into the whole "corporate culture" thing. We just talk like normal people and expect others to do the same. Sometimes the office gets a little messy when we have a lot of resumes to go through. We don't have a receptionist who greets you with a scripted line. Whoever is closest to the door usually says hello and asks what you need. We try to be honest with the people who come to us. If we can help, we say so. If we can't, we tell them that too. Pune is a great city for this kind of work because there are so many people looking for opportunities. We are just one small part of that. We don't have a grand vision or some big corporate philosophy. We just come in, do the work, and try to make things work out for everyone involved. It’s a simple way to run things but it works for us. We've been here a long time and plan to stay.
