We are located at Soba Mansion in the Erandawawane Gaonthan area of Pune. It’s Flat No. 1, right near the Mhatre Bridge Road. If you know Pune, you know that area gets pretty lively during the day. Prompt Personnel Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this space for a good while. It’s an older building with a bit of character, which we prefer over those new glass towers that all look the same. We handle personnel and consultancy work, which mostly means we spend our time talking to people and looking through resumes. The office can get a bit cramped when we have a lot of files, but it’s a functional space that works for us. We don’t have a big HR department or a PR team to write stuff for us; it’s just us doing the daily grind. We try to help folks find work and help companies find the right people. It’s not always easy, and sometimes things don't go perfectly, but we stay honest about it. We use simple English and talk to people like they’re our neighbors, because often they are. It’s a straightforward consultancy. No big promises or flashy marketing, just a small office near the bridge where we try to be useful to the people who walk through our door or give us a call.
