Proguild India, New Delhi

We've been over here at Row House No - 1 in the Hariram Housing Society for a while now. It’s right near the More Petrol Pump in Pune, which makes it easy to find if you know the area. Even though the name says New Delhi, we are firmly planted here in Maharashtra. Most days it’s just us handling things from the house. It's a quiet spot, really. We have our desks set up and there is usually some tea going. Sometimes the traffic near the pump gets a bit loud but inside it’s okay. We just get on with the work. People ask why we are here and not in Delhi, but this is where we ended up setting things up. The neighborhood is mostly residential so it doesn’t feel like a big corporate office park or anything like that. We like it that way. It's just a regular house turned into a workspace. We don't have fancy signs or anything. Just the address 411023. We spend a lot of time on our computers. Sometimes we walk over to the shops nearby when we need a break. It's just a small team here doing our thing day in and day out. Nothing too complicated. We just keep things moving. It gets hot in the afternoons but we have the fans going. That’s pretty much how it is at Proguild India in Pune. We just do our work and go home. I guess it's a simple life for us.
