Progress Infotech

So, we are Progress Infotech and we are based in Pune. It’s just a local tech place where we spend most of our time looking at screens. We don't have some massive office building with a glass front, just a normal space where we can get stuff done. Pune is a big city for this kind of work, so there are always things happening around us. We started out small and mostly stayed that way because it’s easier to manage. You know how it goes in small offices, someone brings in tea and we just chat about whatever needs fixing that day. It’s not some high-pressure corporate environment where everyone wears suits. Usually, it's just jeans and shirts. We deal with info-tech stuff, which basically means we fix things when they break and try to keep everything running for the people we work with. Sometimes the internet acts up or a server goes down, and we just deal with it. That’s pretty much the daily routine. We don't spend a lot of time on fancy meetings or writing long reports that nobody reads. We'd rather just finish the job and maybe leave a little early if the work is all caught up. It’s a simple way to run a business, but it suits our personalities. We like being in Pune and being part of the community here. It’s a good city to live in, even with the traffic and the noise.
