We work with welding and cutting systems, which means our place is more of a workshop than a clean office. There’s usually a bit of grease on the floor and the smell of hot metal in the air. We’ve been in this industrial area for years and we’ve seen it change quite a bit. It’s a tough environment, but it’s where we feel most at home. The building isn't much to look at from the outside, just another industrial unit among many. Inside, we have our machines and our team working away. It gets pretty hot during the summer months, especially when the welding torches are going. We don’t have any polished marketing brochures or a fancy lobby. We just show people what our machines can do. Most of our visitors are other workers or business owners from the same sector. We talk plain and we don’t try to oversell anything. If a machine works, it works. We spend our days fixing things, testing systems, and making sure everything is built right. It’s hard work, but it’s honest. We like being part of the Bhosari community because everyone here understands what it takes to run a business like this.
