We are located out in the Bhosari Industrial Estate at Plot Number C10012/2. Finding us can be a bit of a challenge if you aren't familiar with the layout, but we are near Alternate Engineering, which helps as a landmark. The estate is a huge place filled with all sorts of manufacturing units, and ours is where we handle the welding and cutting systems. It’s a workspace through and through. You’ll see welding masks, gas cylinders, and metal sheets scattered around the floor. It’s not the cleanest place in the world because that’s just the nature of the work we do. There are sparks flying in one corner and the sound of metal being cut in another. We spend our days troubleshooting equipment and making sure the systems are working like they should. It gets pretty loud, especially when the heavy machinery is running. We don’t have a big corporate office upstairs; our desks are basically right next to the workshop floor. This means we are always close to the actual work. We wear heavy boots and work clothes because anything else wouldn't last a day here. It is a tough environment but we like the honesty of it. There is no pretense here, just people working with their hands and machines to get things built and repaired.
