We are located in the Central Park Society over on Dr Ambedkar Road in Pune. Specifically, we are in 202 A. It is near the Rosary School compound, which makes it easy to explain to people when they are trying to find us. The area is quite lively. The office itself is not very large, but we make it work. We have been here for a while and the staff knows the neighborhood well. Usually, we grab lunch at the small places around the corner. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of folders. The air conditioning works well, which is good for the Pune heat. We don't really do anything flashy. We just sit down, look at what needs doing, and get on with it. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when everyone is in at the same time. The desks are covered in notebooks and pens. We try to keep things tidy but it’s hard when things get busy. It is a practical space for us. We know each other well and the atmosphere is pretty relaxed. No one is formal here. We talk about the weekend or the cricket scores while we work. It’s just a normal job in a normal office. We like the location because it’s central. It’s a solid place to spend the day. We've got a lot of files stacked up but we know where everything is.
