We are over at 304 Dhole Patil Road on the 3rd floor. The building is number 3 in the Choice Apartment complex. It is a bit of an older building, so the elevator is sometimes slow, but it gets you there eventually. Being on the third floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, though it is mostly just watching the traffic go by. At Premium Brokers, we spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at files. Choice Apartment is a well-known spot in the area, so we don't have to give too many directions to visitors. The office itself is just a regular setup with some chairs and tables. We keep things organized as much as we can, but sometimes the stacks of paper get a bit high. It is a bit cramped when everyone is in at once, but we make it work. Dhole Patil Road is always moving, and there are plenty of places to grab a quick tea nearby. We have been here for a while and the landlord is decent. We don't do anything flashy, we just handle the brokerage work that comes our way. It is a simple place for a simple business. Some days are busier than others, especially at the end of the month. You just walk in, head to building 3, and come up to the third floor. It’s a plain office but it serves its purpose for us every day. There is no need for anything more than that.
