We've been here in Dhanori Sharma Chawl for quite some time now. Most people know the spot because it’s right near Devichi Mandir in Natwar Nagar. We mostly deal with all the typical insurance stuff that people need for their cars or their health. It’s a small office, nothing fancy, just a desk and some chairs where we sit and go through forms. Dealing with insurance is usually a bit of a headache for most folks, so we just try to make the paperwork part move a little faster. Someone is usually here most of the day unless we’ve stepped out for a quick tea or to help someone with a claim. We see a lot of the same neighbors coming in year after year when their policies are about to expire. It gets busy during certain months when everyone seems to have their renewals due at once. We don't have a big team or anything, just a few of us who know the local area and how things work around here. If you're walking past the temple, you’ll probably see our sign. We keep things pretty simple and don’t really do any big advertising. People mostly just find us because they live nearby or someone told them we could help with their renewal. It’s just regular work for us, making sure the papers are correct and the dates are right so nobody gets into trouble later on.
