Our office is located in Narayan Peth, specifically at 560 Mazgaon. We are quite close to Ganpati Modi, which makes it easy for people to find us if they are walking around the area. We deal with insurance stuff every single day. It’s a lot of paperwork, checking dates, and talking to people about their policies. Narayan Peth is a very busy part of town, so there is always noise from the street and people moving about outside. The office isn't very big, but it’s enough for our desks and files. We have stacks of folders everywhere because that’s just how the insurance business goes. Most of our clients are local folks who have been coming to us for many years. We don’t do any big advertising or social media stuff. Most people just walk in or give us a call because they know our name. It can get a bit stressful when there are deadlines or tricky claims to handle with the big companies. We just try to explain things in plain English so people actually understand what they are paying for. It's not about sales pitches here. It’s more about sitting down and looking at the fine print. We’ve been at this address for a good bit of time now. If you need to talk about a policy, we are usually around during the day. It's just a quiet desk job most of the time for us.
