Pratik Electroncis sits right at Nanded Phata on Sinhagad Road. If you know the area, you know how busy that junction gets with all the buses and trucks. Our shop at S. No. 13 is usually filled with the smell of soldering lead and old plastic. We have benches set up in the back where we take things apart to see why they stopped working. There are wires and circuit boards all over the place, and honestly, it looks like a mess to anyone else. But we know where every screwdriver and multimeter is kept. People from the neighborhood bring in all sorts of gadgets, from broken radios to kitchen appliances that won't turn on. We spend our day testing components and trying to find replacements for parts that aren't made anymore. It’s quiet work most of the time, except for when the shop is full of customers asking when their stuff will be ready. We don't have a fancy website or a big marketing plan. Most people find us just by walking past or hearing about us from a neighbor. The shelves are packed with spare parts and old boxes that have been there since we opened. We just enjoy the challenge of fixing things that others might just throw away. It’s simple, honest work that keeps us busy from morning until we close up for the night, and that is all we really need to keep going.
