Prashtech Engineers Pvt Ltd is tucked away in the Shivane Five home industrial Estate at number 1274. It’s been our spot for quite some time now. When you walk in, the first thing you notice is the sound of the lathes and the smell of cutting oil that never really goes away. We aren't a big flashy company with a glass lobby. It’s mostly just the workshop floor and a small corner where we keep the records. Most of our guys have been here since the start, so we all know how the machines act on a hot day. Shivane has grown a lot since we moved in. It used to be much quieter, but now there are more units popping up all around us. We spend our mornings checking the schedules and getting the metal stock ready. Sometimes the deliveries are late because of the traffic on the main road, but we just adjust. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy brochures. Usually, if someone needs something made, they just drop by the gate and ask. We have our tea breaks at the same small stall down the road. It’s a good place to catch a bit of air before heading back to the noise. The floor is always a bit cluttered with shavings and parts waiting for the next step, but we know where everything is. It’s just a regular engineering shop doing what needs to be done every day.
