We are out here in Vairag, over in Barsi. It is a quiet place most days, but the fields keep us pretty busy. Prashanjali Farmer Producer Company Limited started because a few of us realized that working as a group makes more sense than trying to do everything alone. You know how farming goes around here. One day it is the rain, the next it is the market prices. We spend a lot of time just talking to the local guys about their crops. Our address is right in Vairag (11) if you ever need to find us. It is not a fancy office or anything like that. Just a spot where we get our work done and try to help the neighborhood farmers get a fair shake. We deal with the daily stuff, like seeds, tools, and figuring out where the harvest should go. Some days are long, especially during the harvest months when the sun stays up late. We do not have some big corporate plan. It is mostly about making sure everyone gets through the season okay. The soil here is good if you treat it right. We grew up on these lands so we know the dirt pretty well. Sometimes we just sit outside the building and talk about the weather. It is how things move in our part of the world. No big fuss, just people working together. That is about it for us. We stay focused on the work in Barsi and keeping things moving.
