Pranjep Scme

Pranjep Scme is located out in Phase 1 of the Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park. If you know the Hinjewadi area, you know how busy it gets with all the tech companies around. We have been set up here for a while now, handling our daily operations from this office. It’s a fast-paced environment, but we try to keep our internal work pretty grounded. Mostly we are dealing with systems and coordination tasks that keep things moving for our clients. The traffic in Hinjewadi can be a real headache in the evenings, but being in the middle of the IT hub makes sense for what we do. Inside our space, it’s mostly computers and desks with people looking at screens. We take our lunch breaks together when we can, usually talking about anything but work. It is a professional spot but we aren't big on wearing suits or anything like that. We just show up, do the tasks assigned for the day, and try to get ahead of the deadlines. The park is huge, so finding the right building can take a minute if you are new to the area. We’ve grown used to the rhythm of this place. The office isn't too large, but it fits us just fine for the kind of technical and management support we provide. We focus on getting the details right so the bigger projects stay on track without any major issues or delays.
