I am based out of Visava Park on D P Road in Aundh. Specifically, my office is in 7/A3. Aundh is a nice area of Pune, and D P Road has changed a lot over the years with all the new shops and cafes. My office is a bit more tucked away, which is good for focusing on the work. As a chartered accountant, I spend most of my time looking at screens and paper documents. It’s the kind of job where you really have to pay attention to the details. The office isn't very big, but it’s organized in a way that works for me. I’ve got all my reference books and files within reach. People from around the neighborhood and other parts of Pune come by when they need help with their taxes or business accounts. We usually just sit down and go through everything step by step. I don't believe in making things more complicated than they need to be. The space feels quite personal, not like those sterile offices in the big complexes. There is usually some noise from the street, but it’s mostly just background stuff. I've been working from this spot for a while now, and it feels like home. I don't use a lot of technical jargon when I talk to people because it’s better if everyone understands what’s going on with their money. It’s just a normal day-to-day operation here.
