Pramod Dube Associates

Our office is tucked away in 118 7 Mahesh Soc, over in Bibwewadi. Pune 411037 has been our home base for a long while. It’s a residential area mostly, so it doesn’t feel like those cold business districts you see in the city center. We like it that way. The space is a bit cramped, honestly. We have bookshelves lining the walls that are overflowing with old records and folders. Most of the time, the fan is clicking and the windows are open to let in a bit of air. It gets hot in the afternoons. We don't have a big reception area or a coffee machine that makes lattes. Usually, it's just us sitting around the main table, going over the numbers and making sure everything is in order. People from the society often pop their heads in to say hello. It feels more like a community spot than a corporate office. We’ve had the same furniture since we started, and though the upholstery is thinning, it’s comfortable enough for a long day’s work. There’s no big secret to how we operate at Pramod Dube Associates. We just show up, do the work that needs doing, and try to be helpful when we can. Bibwewadi is a good place to be. It’s busy but not overwhelming. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the day-to-day stuff that comes our way, year after year.
