You can find us at Neel Sagar Residency, specifically in Bungalow Number 4 on Plot 16. It’s a bit of a different setup for a company like Prakriti Saurabh Food Innovations Private Limited since we’re working out of a bungalow. Malvali Road is usually alright, though it can get a bit crowded on weekends when people are heading out. We decided to set up here because it felt more comfortable than a cold office building. We work on food innovations, which sounds a lot more complicated than it actually is. Mostly, we just try out different ideas to see what works and what doesn't. Sometimes the kitchen smells like spices all day, and other times it's just quiet. We have a small team, and we all know each other's families by now. It’s not the kind of place where people wear suits. We’re usually in jeans and just getting on with it. The garden outside needs a bit of work, but we’re usually too busy inside to deal with the weeds. We don't have fancy logos on every wall. We just have our equipment and our notebooks. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes when we're in the middle of a project, but we always find what we need eventually. We just like doing things our own way without a lot of people looking over our shoulders. It’s a good way to work.
