Prakash Computers.

Prakash Computers is on the ground floor of Fadnis Complex, right at No. 48 on M.G. Road. This is a very busy part of town, so there is always something happening outside our door. We spend most of our time staring at computer screens or taking apart old CPUs to clean out the dust that builds up inside. A lot of people bring in their laptops because they’ve become too slow or the keyboard has stopped working properly. We have a couple of workbenches covered in screws, screwdrivers, and half-opened machines. It can get a bit overwhelming when five people come in at once with printer problems, but we just take them one by one. The Fadnis Complex has a lot of other shops, so we often go out to get tea and chat with the other shopkeepers. We don't have a big corporate setup, just a local place where you can get your tech issues fixed without a lot of talking. Sometimes we have to wait a few days for a new motherboard or a specific screen to arrive by courier. The lighting in the shop is a bit bright so we can see the tiny parts we are working on. We usually stay open until the street gets quiet in the evening. It’s a steady job and we like the challenge of figuring out why a machine won't start up.
