Prajkta Job Placement

Prajkta Job Placement is located over in Pimpri Santhipura, specifically in Phase II. It’s a busy area and there is always something going on outside our door. We spend most of our mornings looking through resumes and answering the phone when it rings. People come in looking for work and we try to see if there’s anything that fits what they can do. It’s not always easy because the market changes so fast. Some days are really quiet and we just sit around catching up on paperwork, while other days there’s a line of people waiting. The office is small and we’ve got a few chairs for visitors and some old filing cabinets that are getting pretty full. We’ve been at this location for a bit and everyone around here knows where we are. We don't have a big sign or anything, just the name on the door. It’s a lot of talking to people and trying to understand what they need for their families. We drink a lot of coffee to stay sharp during the long afternoons. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up the entries for the day. It’s just us working hard to help people find a way to earn a living. The neighborhood is loud with the traffic from the main road, but you get used to it after a while. It feels okay when the phone stops ringing for a bit and we can finally eat lunch. The fan in the corner makes a clicking sound but we ignore it.
