Being on the fourth floor gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding area. It’s a busy part of town but the apartment itself is quiet enough. We don't have a lot of corporate decorations. It is a functional space with desks and some chairs. Bavdhan has grown a lot lately, so there are always new shops popping up nearby. We like the location because it’s easy to get to the highway. The apartment complex is safe and has a good mix of residents and small offices like ours. We are Praj Industries Ltd, and we’ve been here for a while. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. It’s just a place where work happens. Most days are pretty routine. We check the mail, answer calls, and handle our tasks. If you come by, you’ll see it’s a very normal, everyday kind of office. It’s honest and straightforward, just like the people who work here. We deal with the usual city stuff like water issues now and then, but that's just life in Pune. We are just another group of people making a living.
