We are located in Flat No 19, over in Wing K of Maurya Vihar. It is right near Sahajanand Society in Kothrud, which is a part of Pune that is always moving. Kothrud has changed a lot over the years but this building has stayed pretty much the same. Finding Wing K can be a little tricky the first time because the layout of the complex is a bit of a maze. We have a small setup inside the flat. It is mostly desks and a few cabinets for all our records. The balcony looks out over the street so we can see the vegetable sellers and the rickshaws going by all day. It gets a bit noisy during the school run but it keeps things interesting. We usually bring our own lunch or go to the small canteen nearby. There is no big receptionist or anything like that. If the bell rings, whoever is closest to the door just goes and opens it. We have a routine that works for us and we don't really stray from it much. Sometimes we have to move the chairs around to make room for new boxes. It is just a practical workspace for a local team. We focus on the work at hand and don't worry too much about having a polished look. It is comfortable and it serves its purpose for what we do.
