We started Pradip Plastic Moulders Pvt Ltd right here in Bhosarigoan. It’s an older part of the area, and we’ve stayed here because it feels like home. Our setup isn't flashy. It’s mostly just the machines and the floor space we need for the moulding work. Bhosarigoan has a lot of history with small industries, and we are glad to be a part of that. We don’t have a big glass office or a reception area. If you come by, you’ll probably find us on the shop floor actually working. We use simple methods and just try to make things that last. The roads around here can be a bit narrow and bumpy, but we’ve managed just fine for years. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do right by the people who use our products. Most of the guys working here live nearby in the village area, so it’s a very local operation. We don’t go in for fancy mission statements or corporate buzzwords. That’s just not our style. We make plastic parts and we do it carefully. It’s noisy and dusty work sometimes, but we enjoy it. Being in Bhosarigoan keeps us grounded. We know our neighbors and they know what we do. It’s a straightforward business run by regular folks. We just keep our heads down and keep the machines running day after day, year after year, without making a big deal of it or acting like we are something we are not.
