Pradeep Pethe & Associates

Our office is at 1 Sadashiv Peth, inside the Balaji Prasad Apartment. It is quite easy to find if you know where Chitrashala Chowk is, as we are right near that landmark. Pradeep Pethe & Associates has been here for a while now. The apartment is basically our workspace where we keep all our records and files. It is a very lived-in kind of building, so it doesn't feel like those cold, glass corporate offices you see elsewhere. There is usually a bit of a breeze coming through the windows in the afternoon, which is nice. We have a few desks set up and some chairs for when people stop by to talk. The traffic outside can be a bit loud during the rush hours, but we have gotten used to it. We mostly just focus on the paperwork and the tasks we have for the day. It is a simple setup without any big signs or flashy lights. We know most of the people who work in the nearby buildings. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs. It is just part of being in an older part of the city. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, the desks can get a bit messy. It is an honest place to work and we just do what needs to be done every day to keep things moving.
