Running Pradeep Group Facility Management & Placement Services out of our place in G Block, Chinchwad keeps us pretty occupied. It's a busy spot here in the MIDC area. Basically, our day involves handling the small things that keep a building going. If a place needs cleaning or the security isn't right, we step in to sort it out. Helping people find work is another big part of what we do. It’s not a fancy setup. My desk is usually covered in papers and the phone rings more than I’d like some days. People often come by the Housing Society office looking for jobs or needing someone to manage their factory floors. We know this part of Pune well. It’s mostly industrial around here, so there is always a need for honest hands. Sometimes it gets stressful when a client calls last minute because a guard didn’t show up, but we figure it out. We don’t have some big corporate headquarters with glass walls. It’s just us in Flat No-6. Making sure the trash gets picked up and the right people get hired for the right spots is what we focus on. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years. Staying busy is easy because we do what we say we’re going to do. It’s just hard work and keeping track of everyone. If you’re near the MIDC area, you’ve probably seen our guys around. We try to keep things running so the owners don't have to worry about every little detail. It's a simple life here.
