Pradeep Deshmukh Associates

Pradeep Deshmukh Associates is located at Shivaji Nagar 3. It’s a decent area, mostly residential with some businesses mixed in. Our office is on the smaller side, but it suits us just fine. We have a couple of desks and some chairs for when people come to visit. There’s a small tea stall just down the road where we get our morning drink. The street outside is usually full of kids playing or people heading to the market nearby. Inside, we keep things fairly organized, though the shelves are getting a bit full lately. We aren’t trying to be some big international firm. We are just local people providing a service to the neighborhood. The atmosphere is relaxed, and we don't have a strict dress code. As long as the work is finished on time, everyone is happy. We sometimes stay late on Fridays to make sure we can have a clear weekend. It’s a steady pace of life. We’ve known some of the people around here for years. The office has a bit of a worn-in feel, which I think makes it more comfortable for us and our visitors. We don’t have a receptionist; you just walk in and say hello. It’s a straightforward way to run a business and it works for us.
