Practicing Company Secretary Pune

My office is situated on NIBM Road in the Kondhawa area of Pune. It is a lively part of town with a lot of shops and apartments nearby. I work as a company secretary, which basically means I spend my days dealing with the legal side of how companies are run. It is not the most exciting work for everyone, but it is what I do. I deal with a lot of local businesses around here. The traffic on NIBM Road can be pretty heavy in the evenings, so I usually try to get my out-of-office errands done early. Inside, the space is filled with folders and reference books. I don’t go in for expensive furniture or modern decor because that is not what my clients are looking for. They just want their filings done correctly. Being in Pune, there is a certain pace to things, and I try to keep up with the changes in company law as they happen. It is a lot of reading and double-checking numbers. Some days are just filled with phone calls to the ministry or replying to emails from clients who are worried about a deadline. I have been in this location for a good bit now, and most people find me through word of mouth. It is a straightforward operation here. I like the neighborhood and the fact that I can get a decent tea just a few doors down. It keeps me going.
