Our office is in Chinchwad, tucked away in Flat No G/1 of the Prem Sagar Apartment. It’s right near the PCMC Auditorium, so it’s easy to find if you’re in the neighborhood. Powerwin Sustainable Agriculture Privatelimited is a small setup. We don't have a big staff or a flashy storefront. It’s just a ground floor flat where we keep our books and talk to people about better ways to farm. We spend a lot of time thinking about the soil and how to keep things growing without ruining the land. Sometimes the apartment gets a bit crowded with samples and bags of stuff, but we make it work. It’s a quiet spot most of the time, away from the main road noise. We aren't some big city firm with shiny suits. We are usually in jeans, looking at maps or talking on our mobile phones to people out in the districts. We started this because we saw how hard the old ways were getting. It’s a lot of trial and error, honestly. We don’t have all the answers, but we try to figure things out as we go. If you drop by, you’ll probably find us drinking tea and staring at a computer screen or some new type of organic fertilizer. We just want to do agriculture in a way that actually lasts for the next generation.
