Potentialize Manpower Consulting Pvt Ltd is located at Sharda Nivas. We are on Plot No 71, S.No 22 in the Balaji Nagar area of Dhankawdi. That is in Pune, 411043. We mostly deal with finding people for jobs and helping companies with their staffing needs. It is a lot of looking at resumes and talking to folks who are looking for work. Sharda Nivas is a good spot for us because it’s a familiar building in Balaji Nagar. We aren’t a massive firm with hundreds of employees. We are more of a small team doing the daily grind of recruitment. It involves a lot of phone calls and keeping track of who is going where. Some days the office is really quiet and other days it feels like everyone is calling at once. That is just how the manpower business goes. We chose Dhankawdi because it’s a decent area to work from. We’ve been here at Plot No 71 for a while. We don't use any fancy systems, just the basic stuff to keep things moving. We try to be helpful when people come in asking about positions. Potentialize Manpower Consulting Pvt Ltd is just our name for this project. We keep our records in order and try to match people up with what they need. It is pretty standard work for us here in Pune. We just stay busy and keep the office running without making too much noise about it.
