We’re located in the Mundhwa Industrial Complex, occupying units 72 through 76. It is a large space because we need the room for what we do. The area is very industrial, as the name suggests. There is always the sound of trucks and heavy loaders moving nearby. Potain India has been here for a good stretch of time. Our section of the complex is usually full of steel parts and large components. It is a bit of a maze if you do not know your way around. We spend most of the day in the workshop area rather than the office. It is dusty and noisy, but that is just how it is when you are dealing with big equipment. The staff here knows their way around a wrench and a crane section. We do not go in for fancy decor or polished lobbies. We have a few desks for the administrative stuff, but most of the real work happens on the floor. The Mundhwa area gets quite busy during shift changes, and the roads can be a bit of a challenge. We have gotten used to the rhythm of the place. We just focus on the task at hand, whether it is checking a shipment or looking over a repair job. It is a practical, hardworking atmosphere. We do not have much to prove; we just show up and get the jobs done. It is a solid place to work if you do not mind getting your hands a little dirty.
