Our little shop is in Prasad Chember, specifically at number 4. We are right near Mahesh Bank in Hinge Khurd. It’s a quiet enough area most days, though it picks up when the bank is busy. We have been here for a while now, selling pens, notebooks, and various gift items that people might need. The shop isn't very big, so we have stuff stacked up on the shelves pretty high. You have to be careful not to knock things over. Hinge Khurd is a nice place to have a business because you get to know the families around here. People come in for a quick birthday card or just some paper for school. I usually sit near the front where I can see the street. Prasad Chember is an older building, but it’s sturdy. We have a lot of regular customers who have been coming to us since we first opened. It’s funny how you remember what kind of pens people like. We don’t have a website or anything like that, just the physical shop where you can come and browse. The Mahesh Bank is a good landmark because everyone knows where that is. We try to keep things organized, but with so many small gift articles, it can get a bit cluttered. It feels like a real local business should, I think. Some days are slow, but that gives us time to talk to the neighbors or restock the cards. It’s a simple life.
