Polly Zen Export House Llp is based at Zen Residency, which is located at number 80 on Sakharam Keer Marg. We are on the first floor in unit 101. Being on the first floor is a bit of a blessing because the elevators here can be slow during the morning rush. The office is pretty basic. We have some chairs, a big table where we handle all the documents, and a small area for making coffee. We deal with exports, so our phones never really stop ringing. Sakharam Keer Marg is a busy street with people constantly moving around. We like the energy of the area, though it can get a bit loud in the afternoons. We aren’t a large company with a lot of staff. It’s just a few of us who have known each other for a long time. We don’t use any marketing jargon or pretend to be something we aren't. We just do our best to keep up with the orders and make sure the paperwork is correct. Dealing with export rules can be a bit of a headache sometimes, but we’ve learned how to manage it over the years. We spend a lot of time checking shipping schedules and talking to people at the port. It’s a lot of coordination. We’ve been at this address for a while and have become part of the local scene. It’s a straightforward business and we like keeping it that way.
