Samarth Computers

Samarth Computers is located right in the Shivaji Nagar Police Colony, specifically at B-10. It’s a pretty recognizable area since everyone around here knows where the colony is. Being in a residential-heavy spot like this means we see a lot of the same faces every day. We aren't hidden away in some big industrial park or a downtown office tower. We’re right where people live and do their daily shopping. We started this because we liked taking things apart and seeing how they worked when we were younger. Now, we spend most of our time putting them back together or helping someone figure out why their screen won't turn on or why their internet is slow. The office isn't very big, but it’s got everything we need to do a decent job. We have a couple of sturdy workbenches and some metal shelves for the units waiting for parts to arrive. It gets a bit noisy when the kids are playing cricket outside in the colony, but we don't mind the noise. It feels like home to us. We don't have a sales team or any fancy uniforms. If you call us, you're usually talking to the person who will actually be doing the work on your machine. We try to be straightforward about what can be fixed and what has probably seen better days. Living and working in the same general area makes you care a bit more about the reputation you have with your neighbors. We just keep at it.
