Polchem Hygiene Lab. Pvt. Ltd. is a bit of a personal venture for us. When we talk about where we are or what we do, it always comes back to family. Right now, it’s really about supporting the household, specifically my wife and my two daughters. They are the reason we keep this whole thing running day in and day out. We don't have a big fancy office building with a famous street name to show off. Instead, our focus is much closer to home. It’s a small operation, and we handle the hygiene lab work with a lot of care because it’s our livelihood. Life is busy with two kids around, so we’re always balancing the work stuff with family needs. We aren’t trying to be some massive corporation with hundreds of employees. We just want to do a good job so we can take care of the people who depend on us. It’s hard work sometimes, and the days can get long, but having the family involved makes it worth it. We don't have a lot of staff or a big HR department. It’s just us doing the best we can every day. Most of our time is spent making sure the lab side of things is handled properly and on time. It’s a simple life, really. We just focus on the work and the kids. Everything we do here is for them. It’s a modest way of doing business, but it’s honest and it works for us.
