You can find us at the New Appolo Estate over in Mogra Village, Chinchwad. It’s an industrial sort of area, so there’s always something going on nearby with trucks and deliveries. Our space is pretty basic. We have a few rows of desks and some old shelves filled with manuals and spare parts. It’s a practical environment for what we do. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because we’re usually too busy with the technical side of things. The light in the office is a bit bright, but it helps when you’re looking at small components all day. We’ve been in Mogra Village for a few years now, and we know most of the other people working in the estate. We usually bring our own lunch and eat together at the back. It’s a good way to catch up. The work can be repetitive, but it’s what we know. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to do a solid job and keep the machines running. There’s a certain rhythm to the day here that we all appreciate. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people doing their jobs. We mostly stay to ourselves, but we're friendly enough if someone stops by the door. The commute can be a bit of a pain during the monsoon, but we make it work somehow.
