Plastotech Industries

We’ve been based out of IC Colony in Sanaswadi for quite a few years now. Plastotech Industries isn't one of those massive factories you see on the highway, it’s just our workshop where we get things done. Most mornings start with the sound of the machines warming up and the smell of raw materials. It can get pretty loud and dusty sometimes, but that’s just how it is when you’re working with plastics. We don’t have a fancy reception desk or people in suits walking around. It’s mostly just us in our work clothes, making sure the orders are moving along. My cousin joined me a few years back, and we’ve mostly figured things out as we went. Some days the machines act up and we spend the whole afternoon trying to fix a cooling line, which can be frustrating. We mostly work with other small businesses nearby who need specific parts. We don't really do much advertising because word of mouth in this area seems to work fine. The tea stall around the corner is where we usually take our breaks and talk about what needs to be finished by Friday. It’s a simple setup we have here. We keep our tools organized, more or less, and try to keep the floor clear so nobody trips. Nothing too complicated, just a local spot in Sanaswadi doing what we know how to do. It’s been a long journey from when we first opened the shutters.
