Planman Hr

Planman Hr is situated in Karve Nagar, over at Yogiraj Park. Our address is a bit long with the Survey and Cts numbers, but once you get to this part of Pune-52, it’s not too hard to find. We work out of a space that’s pretty functional. No one here is wearing a three-piece suit. We’re usually just in our everyday clothes, working through HR tasks and payroll stuff. It can be a lot of numbers and regulations to keep track of. We spend most of our time on the computer or the phone. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we get the job done. Karve Nagar has its own rhythm, and we’ve settled into it nicely. We don't go for those big mission statements you see elsewhere. We just focus on the people we’re helping today. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with folders, and the tea runs out faster than we’d like. But we stay on top of the work. It’s a local business run by local people who know the area and the people here. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in the world. We just want to do our work correctly so people get their pay and their paperwork on time. It’s simple, honest work. We have a few old chairs and some creaky desks, but everything functions just as it should for us to keep going.
