We are based in Kothrud, which is a pretty lively part of Pune. We’ve been here for a good amount of time now. The office is where we handle all our consulting work. It's not a flashy place, just a functional space where we get things done. Kothrud has changed a lot over the years, but we’ve stayed put. Our team is a mix of people who have been here forever and a few newer faces. We don't really go for the corporate lifestyle. We prefer things a bit more informal. Most of our day is spent talking to people and trying to figure out solutions for whatever they bring to us. It can be a lot of back and forth, but that’s just the nature of the job. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls. We just come in, do the work, and head home. The traffic in Kothrud can be a nightmare in the evenings, so we usually try to time our exit right. There are some great places to eat nearby, so we often go out for lunch together. It’s a friendly atmosphere here. We aren't a massive firm, just a dedicated group of people working out of a neighborhood we really like. It feels like a real community here, and we’re glad to be a part of it. Even when things get hectic, we manage to keep our heads down and get through the pile.
