Planman Consulting I Pvt Ltd is based out of Warje in Pune. We are specifically located at B 1 208 in Atul Nagar, which is a fairly quiet spot compared to the busier parts of the city. The office is really just a simple setup inside the building where a few of us sit and handle the daily consulting work that comes our way. It’s not one of those fancy glass buildings you see in the IT parks. It’s more of a grounded, local place. There’s a lot of traffic on the bypass nearby, so we hear the hum of cars all day, but inside it’s mostly just the sound of keyboards and people talking on the phone. We’ve been here for a while now, under the care of Nilesh K Sharma’s space. Most mornings start with someone bringing in tea, and we just get to work. The desks are a bit cluttered with papers and files, but we know where everything is. It’s a practical environment for us. We don’t spend much time on decor or anything like that. We just focus on getting the tasks done and keeping things moving. Sometimes the lift acts up, so we take the stairs, which keeps us moving. It’s a very normal office life here in Pune. We go home when the work is finished and start again the next day. It’s nothing more and nothing less than a place to work.
