Planet M Retail Ltd. (Videocon Group)

We are located at Plot No.-53 in the Raksha Lekha Society in Pune, which is part of the 411043 zip code area. Our setup is through Govind Gupta and H.L. Bhagwan, and since we are part of Planet M Retail Ltd. and the Videocon Group, we handle a fair amount of stuff. The shop is right there in the society, so it’s very much a neighborhood thing. Pune weather is usually decent, which makes working here pretty pleasant compared to other places. We have a lot of stock coming in and out, so the place can look a bit cluttered at times. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, there are boxes everywhere. It’s just how retail works when you’re in a residential area. People from the society often pop in just to see what’s happening or to pick up something they need. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us who know the ropes. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait it out, but that’s just part of the local experience. We’ve been at this for a while and we’ve gotten to know the layout of the society pretty well. It’s a practical way to run a business, being close to where people actually live. We just keep things simple and try to be helpful whenever someone walks through the door.
