You can find Placewell Consultants over at 105 Dhavalgiri, which is part of the Ivory Estates on Baner Road in Pune. It’s a nice enough spot, though the stairs can be a bit much if you’re not used to them. We’ve been in this office for a good number of years now. Our team is small and we don’t really do anything corporate or fancy. Most of our furniture is a bit old and the printer sometimes acts up when we need it most. We spend the bulk of our day looking at job boards and talking to different managers around the city. It’s a lot of back and forth on the phone. We don't use any special scripts or marketing talk. We just listen to what people are looking for and see if we have anything that matches. Some days are slow and we just sit around talking about the news. Other days, we’re so busy we forget to take a lunch break. We like being on Baner Road because there are plenty of places to get a quick snack. We aren't a big high-pressure firm. We just do the hiring work as it comes to us. We have a lot of folders and notebooks where we keep track of everything. It’s a bit of an old-school way of doing things, but it works for us and the people we help. We just try to get the work done before we head home for the evening.
